A message from Auxiliary President Roseann Nemec

Dear Commanders,
It is with pride that I inform you that at the VFW Dept. of NJ Auxiliary’s C of A on Saturday, February 18th, Carolyn Rovito’s candidacy for Dept. of NJ Aux. Guard 2023-2024 was made official. If elected for this office in Wildwood, she would then work her way up the chairs in the Department and eventually becoming the Dept of New Jersey President. District 2 Auxiliary has not had a Department President since Jean Cramer 1973-1973. Carolyn has already represented District 2 Auxiliary successfully in the Dept of NJ in the many programs she has chaired. If elected, I know she will continue to represent District 2 proudly and loyally.
Carolyn has the full support of her Auxiliary and Post at VFW Post 809. She also has the full support of District 2 Auxiliary. Carolyn is being sponsored by Past Department President, Lorri Cannon. Carolyn couldn’t have a better person to mentor and guide her.
I have attached her brochure that she is using in her campaign. She is already traveling the state and meeting with the members of NJ Auxiliary. I also attached a flyer for a fundraiser we are having to help fund her campaign.
I am confident that Carolyn will have the support of District 2 VFW in seeking the honor of representing District 2 as an Officer in the New Jersy Department of Auxiliary.
Loyally,
Roseann J Nemec
District 2 President
Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary
Department of New Jersey
