District 2 Commander

I want to thank the members of District #2,for your vote of confidence in electing Paul Thompson as your new Commander!
I also want to thank Past Commander Mike Devine, for his help over the last few weeks in the transition process. He’s worked a lot with me to make sure that all the District systems and programs that are in place, and will continue successfully.
Some of my experience is in working with several veterans groups , plus I’ve served two times as your District #2 Commander!
I believe this will help our District keep improving and keep moving forward successfully.
I want to work this year with our Auxiliaries and our District #2 President Roseann Nemec.
It’s always comforting to know you have a another team helping you throughout the year!
Some of my major goals this year is to get more members and also, to get more members involved!
You’ll see in the list of appointments, that there are some new names added to the list.
And then another major goal I’m going to work on, is improving communication within the District.
There’s always going to be scuttlebutt as we had in the service, but if you want to know specifically what’s happening in our District, or if your Post needs help; just feel free to reach out and call me.
My officers and myself ,want to be open at any time, to listening to new ideas and any critique.
Please take a moment sometime to either call me or send me a personal email with any of your suggestions or critique.
